Is Bogota Colombia open? Are restaurants open or people moving around? I’d like to visit again but not if the place is shut down. Thank you.

Where are you? You may not be able to fly internationally without a COVID test or proof of vaccination. You can look up restaurants in Bogota and see if their websites say they’re open. ... Show More
