CH3CH3 is completely non-polar and so would have the lowest solubility in water
CH3OCH3 is slightly polar and so would have an intermediate solubility
CH3CH2OH can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules, and so would have the highest solubility. So:
CH3CH2OH > CH3OCH3 > CH3CH3
