Remove class and grade from transcript (high school)?
Most colleges only require three years of a foreign language (Spanish, in my case), but my high school mandates four years. Over the years, I’ve received two C’s in Spanish—one during the second semester of 9th grade and another in the first semester of 10th grade—and these have significantly impacted my GPA. Since four years of Spanish likely won’t be necessary for college admission, is it possible to remove two semesters of Spanish from my transcript? Additionally, can the removed semesters be from different years or grades? Thanks! 😊

Your question about deleting grades of C from your grades in Spanish in the 9th and 10th grades is an interesting one. It will show how much power the teachers have over what happened in their classrooms.
The answer is no one has the authority to change the grades for those classes once they have been recorded on the transcript. You have the opportunity, however, to retake those courses, You can take them again, but the implications for doing that will set your graduation from high school back by at least one semester and maybe two semesters. If you can spare one semester, you may want to do that.
Another option you may consider is to take those courses over as independent studies. However, you would have to check with your high school counselor to see if the principal, the school superintendent, and the teachers of those courses would allow you to do that.
There may be a third possibility is that you have made a mistake about colleges' evaluations about the foreign language requirements for admission to college. Harvard University requires four years of a foreign language in the high school curriculum. Columbia University also requires four years of a foreign language in the high school curriculum. Stanford University also mentions four years of a foreign language in the high school curriculum. On the other hand, Princeton in New Jersey requires only two years of a foreign language in the high school curriculum. And furthermore, Yale University does not even mention a foreign language in the high school curriculum.
Finally, there is a possibility that all you have to do is nothing at all. If you have done your best, and picked a college you want to attend. Put your application together, choose two back-up colleges you also like, and submit your application to your first choice. If you are rejected, you will have two other colleges where you also would be ready to apply.

No, you can't just remove classes from your transcript to raise your GPA. Sorry. They're on there to stay.
