Very much so. I can hit like a 42 if i get lucky with a ddp++ spec. Rune scims are good but only if you're a non member or have under 60 attack. I would easily say dragon daggers are better and they cost practically the same as a rune scim... Show More

Dragon Dagger is the best weapon in the game personally. If you have a high strength level your special attack will the best..my max hit with a scimitar is 23, and I have 99 strength. I hit duel 40's on a steel dragon with a dragon dagger. I would have to say dragon dagger.... Show More

You would be better off with a Rune Scimitar than a Halberd because of its speed and good damage Halberds are slow but good if your training long range like at the wizards tower lesser demon =) but I would go with the scimitar... Show More
