Simple 2 weeks notice letter. Help please…?

Question

I was going to put in my 2 week notice at my job today but i am confuse whom to address it to??I was going to give one to HR and one to my Supervisor…What to i put Dear HR? And Dear Supervisors name?Or do i only have to give notice to one or the other???? I hate the job and do not have another lined up… But i can’t deal with the drama?stress anymore…I want to just not show up anymore but i guess that would be bad…So what’s the simplest one i can give without giving an excuse??

When you bad mouth someone, they expect you to bad mouth them later.Every job you have in your life will annoy you. Get used to this. That is just how it is. Think we are made that way.
