Synonym for the phrase ‘trying new things’?

I am looking for a synonym for the phrase "trying new things" that would fit into the following sentence: "During the trip, I will be totally open to [synonym], and helping out in any way that I can."

Some suggestions:

You are 'receptive' to new ideas and willing to learn.

You are 'adaptable' to your environment and with others

You are 'sociable' , 'approachable' and ' friendly'

You have an 'amenable' demeanour, therefore you help others
