I believe this would be false. Chaparral biomes can have many different types of terrains. The land in a chaparral biome can be mountainous, rocky, or flat. Chaparral biomes are generally defined by their temperature and climate. They are very hot and dry, and have mild winters and extreme summers. Hope this helps.

The statement given about chaparral biome is true.The word chaparral is Spanish word which means shrub oak. Shrubs are in plenty in this biome, that’s why it is named as chaparral biome. In chaparral biome different types of terrain such as mountains and plains which are its characteristic feature. In this biome both forest and grassland are found. The summer is hot and dry like desert but it receives more rain than the dessert.

False Reason :The Chaparral biomes could have various sorts of terrains. The area in a chaparral biomes can range from mountainous, rocky, or flat. Their temperature and climate define chaparral biomes. They are scorching and dry and have mild winters and intense summers.Happy studying ^-^
