Through what mechanism do the light reactions regulate the dark reactions?

pH, temperature, O2 concentration, or ADP concentration?

pH“Regulation of Calvin Cycle:…Light-activated electron transfer is linked to pumping of H+ into thylakoid disks. The pH in the stroma increases to about 8. The alkaline pH activates stromal Calvin Cycle enzymes RuBP Carboxylase, Fructose-1,6-Bisphosphatase and Sedoheptulose Bisphosphatase.”https://www.rpi.edu/dept/bcbp/molbiochem/MBWeb/mb2…I think you can discount temperature and O2 concentration. If it were ATP it might have something to do with it. I don’t see how it could be ADP though.... Show More
