Job application asks “Would you require sponsorship now or at any time in the future” what does this mean?
I am 16 years old, and this is my first job application. The application asks, "Would you require sponsorship now or at any time in the future?" I'm unsure how to respond. Should I answer "no"?

They are asking about your immigration status.
If you are a US citizen, put no, you do not need sponsorship.
If you are not a US citizen, you need to discuss this with your parents. In some cases you may require sponsorship, like if your parents are here on a visa and you’ll (eventually) age out and require a new/different visa to stay in the US.
