You might have heard the answer from Rick Ross' rap song called Power Circle (featuring Kendrick Lamar, Meek Mill, Wale, Stalley, and Gunplay).

A Genius.com contributor explained:

1 kilo = 1 thousand = 1 Grand

Since 1x1=1, the square root of ONE kilo = ONE G.

The boss didn’t do great in school because the real square root of a kilo is around 31-32 grams. Good thing his boy Drizzy is good with numbers…

It could also mean he is at the root of the drug game.
