A Magistrate's Court Bench Warrant can be issued authorizing your arrest for one of the following conditions:
a. Violation of a condition of release for a previous arrest,
b. Violation of an order of the court,
c. Failure to pay a fine and/or other orders of the court,
d. Failure to appear for court,
e. In such cases, a release can only be made after the conditions of the bench warrant have been met and/or by order of the court.
