Answer;-Forming tendons. Explanation;-Dense regular collagenous connective tissue forms structures such as tendons, which connect muscles to bones, and most ligaments, which connect bones to bones. The collagen fibers of dense connective tissue resist stretching and give the tissue considerable strength in the direction of the fiber orientation.-Tendons consist of dense regular connective tissue fascicles encased in dense irregular connective tissue sheaths. Normal healthy tendons are composed mostly of parallel arrays of collagen fibers closely packed together.

The cell membrane is one of the great multi-taskers of biology. It provides structure for the cell, protects cytosolic contents from the environment, and allows cells to act as specialized units. A membrane is the cell’s interface with the rest of the world - it’s gatekeeper, if you will. This phospholipid bilayer determines what molecules can move into or out of the cell, and so is in large part responsible for maintaining the delicate homeostasis of each cell.

The process is called homeostasis. It is important for living things to maintain a constant or balanced internal environment to survive. Homeostasis is not just one but a collective term to all processes needed to keep that balance.
