My daughter has jello stains on her legs and hands. What is the best method for removing them?

Try hand sanitizer. Its full of alcohol and should get it off or hairspray should work too as previously suggested.
Be thankful it stained on them and not your carpet like it is mine!!!!
hairspray. gets anything off everything. even took permanent marker off my hardwoods.
