In hebrew, my native language it means 'You are not alone' meaning that it is personal language. Said with love and care, concern. You are not alone in anything you do, for I am always concerned. I have your back. I will protect you no matter what. It is what close persons say to each other. I will say to my sister, you are not alone. to make her know that I have a duty to protect her and see her safe.

Eli is correct. In english, "at lo levad" is gibberish. The term is part of the Hebrew language.
