A friend of mine created a Facebook account, and the name he chose for it is "El Flakito." Can someone explain what that means in English?

"flaquito" is the diminutive of the Spanish verb "flaco",, it is an endearing term to mean "dear", lovable, "sweet", etc.
FLAQUITO is the proper spelling.
it means 'the thin one/the skinny one"- for boys only so 'the skinny boy'
for a girl it would be 'la flakita'
