午前くじはんです⁇ translate help‼?

I am planning to take Japanese 2 next year at my school and skip Japanese 1. To do this, I need to understand the phrase "午前くじはんです⁇," but I can't find a correct translation. My class has only learned hiragana so far, and we know very little Japanese. I understand that "gozen" means "morning" and "desu" means "is" or "am," but I am unsure about the meaning of "kujihan." I have already corrected a few errors on our worksheets, but I still can't find a translation, even when considering different dakuten. Can someone help me with this?

You’re right! Gozen means AM( Gogo means PM).

For “kuji-han”, ku-ji , ku means the number 9( we usually call “kyuu”) , ji means time, Han means half.

Translation

It’s half past 9am.

I’m Japanese who currently living in Canada to learn English. Let me know if you still have any other questions.

Hope it helps.
