What does “PRECONCEIVED NOTION” mean!?

Could someone please provide a clear explanation of the term "preconceived notion"? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could use it in a sentence to illustrate its meaning. Thank you!

Forming an opinion prior to actual knowledge or experience.

example

I had many doubts and preconceived notions about working for such a huge company.

It’s stepping into a new situation (starting a new job, meeting a new person, etc.) with an idea already in your mind of the result.

From what he’d heard from others, John had the preconceived notion that he would have difficulty getting along with his new boss. You’ve already formed an opinion in your head before anything actually happens.

It means having already made up your mind about something or someone before you even know anything about them/it.

“He didn’t want to ask her out because he already had the preconceived notion that she would say no.”

When reading a sentence, the picture that is the word before you in that sentence, is the incorrect word interpreted by the brain, so that you read the sentence again, closely find another similar looking word in the place of your preconceived interpretation. It s all about what your brain first interpret based on previous experience. See how you miss spelling mistakes when proofreading your typed page. ? Hope this help.
