What does RT mean on facebook?

Like I know on twitter it means retweet, but I've been seeing in on facebook now too! Here's the sentence:"She got a tattoo rite over her heart that say RANDY on it RT"Why did he put RT at the end? I'm confused, and I've been seeing it a lot lately. Thanks in advance, and yes I d pick best answers!
