A Scouser is the name given to someone who comes from Merseyside .. and more specifically from Liverpool.People from that area were originally called Scousers because they spoke with what was known as a Scouse accent .. which was spoken by the men who worked in the Liverpool docks (a mixture if Irish, Welsh and Norwegian) and who ate a Lamb Stew that was known as Lobscouse, that was brought over from Norway....
