What does Sexion d’Assaut mean in english?
For my French class, we need to create a presentation about an artist (e.g., musician, painter, etc.). Initially, I planned to focus on MC Solaar, but someone else already chose him. So, I decided to explore other popular French hip-hop, R&B, or rap artists and came across Sexion d’Assaut. I really enjoy their music, even though I’m unsure about the meaning of their name.
I plan to present their song "Désolé" to the class. Our teacher requires the songs we share to have appropriate language (no swear words). I found an English translation of "Désolé," and it seems perfectly suitable as I didn’t notice any offensive language. However, I’d like to confirm if the song is indeed appropriate.
Additionally, I’m curious about the meaning of their name. I know "d’Assaut" translates to "assault," but what does "sexion" mean? I’d also like to include other songs by the group in my presentation, but I couldn’t find reliable English translations for most of their tracks. For example, I’m particularly interested in translations for "Wati by Night" and "Casquette à l'envers." Could anyone help with this?
If this group isn’t appropriate for a classroom presentation, could you suggest other French artists I could explore? They can be singers or painters, but I prefer hip-hop artists with intriguing personal stories I can discuss in my presentation.

sexion d'assaut doesn't mean anything they just made a parody of section d'assaut n it means section assault.
