Where do you live? If anywhere near a major city, call up the reputable museums and ask. You have a very rare piece of silver and it should be appraised and insured. If what I found is what you have, you need to do this right away. If you have to call Christies in New York, I would do it. I tried to translate the page, but it won’t let me. Call your local or big city REPUTABLE museums, auction houses, appraisers,etc. They will help you out. And NEVER let that piece out of your sight.... Show More

except for the V. it means ‘may the name of the Lord be blessed’ with a date. The V. could be many things but I do not know what it might commonly be.... Show More
