I believe 707/1000 is the most reduced form to change to a fraction. You would basically just see that you have three decimal points to the right of 707, so if you take that number as if it were a whole number and divide by 1000 (which has 3 zeros), you would get 0.707.
707/1000Remember, If there is 1 digit past the decimal (Ex. 0.2) Then the denominator of the fraction is 10. If there is 2 digits past, the denominator is 100. And so on. So if it was 0.12 then since there’s 2 digits past the decimal, its: 12/100.Any number before the decimal is a whole number. So you would change it into a mixed number. (Ex. 2.12 = 2 12/100)Remembering this makes it easier to turn a decimal into a fraction. I hope it helped!

707/1000.If 707 is prime, that’s the best you can do (I think it may be)Shift the decimal point to the right until you have an integer.0.707/1.000 = 7.07/10.0 = 70.7/100.0 = 707/1000If there are common factors, divide by them0.5 = 0.5/1.0 = 5.0/10.0 = 1.0/2.0 = 1/2
707/1000Not sure how to explain it but here are some examples….1 = 1/10.01= 1/100.001= 1/1000
70.7% either multiply the decimal by 100 or move the decimal point over two places.
