Depending on it's opening hours you might be required to work early when the shop opens or a later shift until closing time and weekend work might be every second week to make the time at work sort of fair for everybody 🙂... Show More

Its a way to get everyone to try a new shift, everytime so they're not working constant night shifts, etc.... Show More
