What is the meaning of SPC on an insurance card, is that the copay or is PCP?
What does "SPC" mean on an insurance card? Is it related to copayments or primary care physicians (PCP)? For example, my insurance card states: DED-90%/PCP $20 SPC $35. I would appreciate any feedback or clarification on this terminology. Thank you!
