What is the square root of raspberry?

The “Epic Rap Battle” on youtube states that the square root of raspberry should be legalized. I was just wondering, all joking aside, what the square root of raspberry is and why exactly it should be legalized. Any answers? My math teacher couldn’t figure it out, so I hope I can gloat when this question closes!
