What is this substance that turns blue when I spray bleach on it?

While cleaning my bathroom, I’ve been spraying bleach pretty liberally. When I sprayed the toilet, I noticed something unusual: previously invisible streaks around the tank and seat turned a dark blue upon contact with the bleach. The toilet has a fair amount of grime on it, but these streaks weren’t noticeable at all before. Now, after spraying the entire surface, the streaks have become a deep blue color. Interestingly, the discoloration fades after about 10 seconds. What substance could be reacting with the bleach to produce this dark blue color? For reference, I’m using Cloralen bleach.

Do you have a toilet cleaner in the bowl or in the tank? Remove it before bleaching.
