Where can you get Comdata convenience checks???

I have been searching online for information on where to obtain Comdata convenience checks, but I haven't had any luck. I find Comdata's customer service lacking, and I'm frustrated with the process. Can anyone provide guidance on where I can get Comdata convenience checks without incurring additional fees for cashing my paycheck? Thank you!

I used to work at Petro truck stops. And if you go to the fuel island of any truck stop, (Petro for sure) you can get blank comdata checks that you can fill out. Also, you might try calling any local trucking company in your area, usually they have stacks and stacks of them and will give you up to 10 blank checks for no charge,, I hope this helps.. good luck

Not always. Sometimes a convenience check will be denied even if everything is ok with the account, and it has plenty of available credit. If you are in a store. Sometimes if the check is attempted by the merchant through “Check Systems” the account will come back denied. The reason comes back as “Account not found”. Most credit accounts are not entered in that system because the number on the bottom of the convenience checks is not your account number but a different number encoded for security reasons. If you are doing online billpay or over the phone payments, then mail them the checks. Do not process on the computer entering the routing number and the account number that you see on the bottom either. The best thing to do is to deposit the convenience check in your own checking account if you can, and then disburse funds where they need to go.
