One more note: if you can find the inseam but not the waist size you might want to look into having the jeans tailored. A larger size can be made smaller and he will have jeans that are long enough. Also, having jeans and pants made will give him both the length and the fit he needs. It will be expensive, but it’s better to have fewer jeans that fit well rather than a bunch of cheap jeans that look like capri pants on him.

I’m 6’9 23 years old and had 26-27 in weist aswell i found my jeans by going to my local store and ask them to special order for me. I had anorexia back then but now i feel well and have big muscles and a visible 6-pac stomach. Your son should search for help.

the only place i can think of is a store caled Buckle. My dad is 6’4″ and my sis is 6′ and they both buy all there jeans there, cause they have XL XXL jeans. warning though-they can get expensive! but as far as length, thats your place!
