Where is a vendor who seling light feathers in world of warcraft?
I'm looking for a vendor that sells light feathers in World of Warcraft. When I check Thottbot for this item, it lists the sources as "world drop" and "vendor." Can anyone tell me what type of vendor sells light feathers? I need them for tailoring purposes. Thank you!

You can't buy them from vendors.
They can usually be found on the Auction House however as they are needed by mages for slow fall. Or you can farm them from the creatures shown on thotbot, they have a good drop rate and it shouldn't take more then 10 minutes.
