Scholarships are very rare at the graduate level. Most are exclusively for undergraduates. And any scholarship for graduate level work would not be based solely on an exam, not even those offered by private foundations.
You fail to state your citizenship, which field you are in, and have failed to research suitable universities offering respected programs in your field. You don’t even know where you want to go. Clearly, you have no clue what you’re doing here. And by the time you’re a junior in college (3rd year of 4-yr bachelor’s degree program), you should have some idea of what you want to study & what’s available where.
