Why does an egg change color and texture when heated?

Why does an egg change color and texture when heated? When heated, the proteins in the egg undergo a transformation, causing them to lose their original shape and become insoluble. This process is influenced by changes in pH; as the temperature rises, the pH of the egg can increase, contributing to the denaturation of proteins. Additionally, the heat causes the proteins to reorder their sequence of amino acids, leading to the observable changes in color and texture.

The reason why an egg texture when heated is because : Proteins lose their shape and become insolubleThis occurrence is commonly known as denaturation, which caused the bond that bind the amino acid to break during the heating process and form another bond.

The high temperature causes the protein to bond. This turns it into a solid and changes its color and texture.
When you boil an egg, it goes from liquid to solid because the heat breaks and reconfigures the hydrogen bonds between amino-acids in the egg proteins. You permanently change the shape of the proteins, and so permanently change their qualities (in this case, texture).
