d). It is the Bernoulli principle in action; the air pressure in the flow over the top of the roof is greater than the pressure of the stagnant air under the roof. Purists will argue that is greatly oversimplified and will offer explanations that boil down to the same thing, but 99% of us recognize it as Bernoulli.... Show More
