A question about the “Amadeus” skit from Family Guy.?

The part where Peter says "Go ahead, mock me! But it wasn't Stewie laughing at me...it was God!", as he's having his heart attack at the end, what is that snippet of music that's playing? I've heard it before, and I love the piece, but I can't find it because I don't know the title.
