Why when i call a verizon wireless number, it says this…?
When I call a Verizon Wireless number, I receive a message stating, "The number you have dialed has call restrictions that have prevented your call." What does this mean? Does it indicate that my number has been blocked?

Yep, you are blocked. The other possibility is that the phone is set to reject calls after a certain hour. Either way, call restrictions means you are prevented from calling that number.
Yeah they called me and I told them that I didn’t have verizon that I have T-Mobile haha they just hang up on me=[
