Why wont the doctors office answer my calls???????????

I had a follow up appointment on the 5th(2 days ago). I missed it. Now I'm calling his office for the 30th time and the same automated voice will answer and say "D-241 Test Successful." and after six seconds it hangs up with 3 beeps. Do they just not want to answer me??? Why is it doing this??? I called the other location and they don't have that particular doctor anymore.

That D241 is an error message. The are having phone issues, its not you.... Show More

Hello, sounds like the office may be closed, or if Doctor is out they are not taking calls or maybe they only set up appointments on certain days. If that Doctor is not with them any more you would need to set an appointment with another Doctor anyway. Try calling from a different number and see if you get the same message, if so it is possible there office has closed, could be so many reasons. They could be on vacation, my Doctor takes a week off every month and no one is there, I guess all staff take their vacation at that time to.... Show More
