Am I Exercising Too Fast? What Am I Doing Wrong?
I often come across articles about weightlifting that mention it should take around 30 minutes to complete a workout, but my workout only takes me about 10 minutes. I do allow myself a few seconds of rest between sets. Am I exercising too quickly, and if so, what might I be doing wrong?
