Balance each of the following chemical equations..Help!?

I need help balancing the following chemical equations:

  1. N2H4 (l) → NH3 (g) + N2 (g)
  2. H2 (g) + N2 (g) → NH3 (g)
  3. Cu2O (s) + C (s) → Cu (s) + CO (g)
  4. H2 (g) + Cl2 (g) → HCl (g)

Could someone balance these equations for me and explain the process you used to do it? Thank you!

1. 3N2H4 (l) --> 4NH3 (g) + N2 (g) (When you have an equation which have one atom by itself, you balance it last. Like this problem, you would want to balance the H first, then balance the N. But after i balance the H, the N still balance itself)

2. 3H2 (g) + N2 (g) --> 2NH3 (g) (This problem you have 2 atoms stand by itself, you would want to balance the atom that has most number. In this case is H3)

3. Cu2O (s) + C (s) --> 2 Cu (s) + CO (g)

4. H2 (g) + Cl2 (g) --> 2HCl (g)

To balance an equation, you should count the number of each different atoms first, then put in the coffecien number, then you have to count the number of each different atom again.
