Bleach- Winter War arc?

What is the Winter War arc that I've been hearing so much about, and did it already begin? I follow the anime, so I'm not sure if it already started or not. Also, will the Winter War still be about Orihime? I just want to clarify a few things. =] Thanks to all who reply!

Your talking about Fake Karakura Town arc when they battle in the fake karakura town that the captain of squd 12 created and it not about Orihime they are battling the arrancars the captain of squad 8 battle arrancar number one captain of two battle arrancar two and captain of sqaud 10 battles arrancar 3... I don't remember seeing something like that ... you probably mean Arancar arc.About Aizen kidnapping Inoue and Ichigo and few other shinigami captains and Lt. will go to save them ... the others will go to the "fake karakura town" and have a big shinigami vs arancar fight ^^ in this arc we will see Captain Yamamoto fight Aizen and i dont want to spoil the outcome which is clear in the manga ^^have fun...
