Can I work out after a root canal?
I just had a root canal, and I'm eager to get back to the gym. However, I've heard that lifting weights soon after such a procedure may not be advisable, as it could increase the risk of infection or complications. Can you provide guidance on when it might be safe to resume working out after a root canal?

You’ll be fine to work out. The root canal will cause no problem that can’t be taken care of with a mild dose of anit-inflammatory like Advil for discomfort. The work-out will not affect the occurrence of infection and bleeding is not a problem
I don’t know about the infection but it could cause bleeding. It is probably best to take it easy for a day or two.
