Aho is a synonym of baka. If you want to make it harsh (used in Aichi prefecture) you may add "do"
Doaho is a very mean way of saying idiot.
However, aho ka means, "Are you dumb?" sometmes Japanese don't add "Desu" But, it's assumed.
Aho desu ka >casual as well.
aho= あほ

"aho" means fool, stupid, silly or idiot etc. it is used mainly in Western Japan but every Japanese know this word. it doesn't have a strong meaning so people don't take it seriously.
" ka " is a final particle which expresses surprise or wonder. In " aho ka", "ka" doesn't have a strong meaning. just saying " aho" is almost same.
so, " aho ka" is " you are stupid!" or " ha! you are silly!" or something like that.
You first have to split it into two parts.
aho ka
It's actually a question.
aho means "idiot" in Osaka dialect, though it's used throughout Japan.
ka marks a sentence as a question.
So, "aho ka" means:
"Are you an idiot?"
Used when you are exasperated or frustrated at someone who just did something kind of dumb.
