This is the relay pack used for remote starters (a radio-controlled device installed in a vehicle). The Extreme Capacity Relay Satellite (XRCS) is the newer and smaller version of the old 4 or 5 regular relays that were used for remote start. Later versions of remote starters have built-in Extreme Capacity Relay Satellites.
