Does bleaching my hair cause permanent damage ?

I bleach my hair a week ago and I already cut it all off, I cut off 8 inches of my hair and now the length of my hair is only an inch long,I dyed it back to black after i cut it off, my natural hair is Asian hair,it’s really thick and healthy,now I already cut all my hair off,will it grow back thick and healthy like how my hair is used to be before bleaching ?
