Forgot my Pinger Textfree password?

I accidentally deleted my textfree app, and forgot my username and password and the email. I do know my phone number though! ITS REALLY IMPORTANT TO GET THAT ACCOUNT BACK! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
