I am creating a survey and need some assistance with question ideas. Specifically, I am looking for a quantitative question that asks for a measurable amount, such as the number of hours spent watching TV each week. Additionally, I would like a qualitative question that inquires about a type of thing, for example, asking about an individual's religion. Ideally, I would like these two questions to relate to each other, but it is not a strict requirement. Any suggestions for effective questions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
