How can I reheat bread sticks and not ruin them?

How can I reheat breadsticks without ruining them?

When Pizza Hut delivers them, they arrive heated and toasted. However, when I try to microwave the leftovers the next day after storing them in the fridge, they come out hot but extremely soft and tend to break apart. What methods can I use to reheat them so they maintain the same texture and flavor as when they were delivered?

Heat oven to 350

wrap bread in foil

lay foil wrapped bread on cookie sheet

place in oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

If you don't wrap in foil they dry out. 🙁

If you have a pan with a basket or other insert that fits in it, you can make a bun warmer. They used to sell them everywhere (before microwaves) but you can't get them anymore. They still do the best job at reheating bread items.

Put a little water in the bottom of the bigger pan, get it to steaming, and reduce the heat. Wrap the breadsticks in a towel and put them into the basket. Put it into the pan, making sure the water does not reach the towel. Put it over low heat for a little while, maybe 5 minutes or so, and then you'll have great reheated breadsticks.

You can put a damp paper towel around them and reheat only for 10 seconds, in the microwave.

Or, you can put them in the oven for about 10 minutes on 300 degrees.

Wrap them in aluminum foil in a single layer. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for eight to ten minutes. Check them and see if they're hot. Then open foil and heat an additional minute to crisp.

Put it in the oven for 10 min on 350 degrees, then afterwards if you want it extra crispy, put it in the broiler on low for 3-5 min

Wet down a paper bag and put the breadsticks inside it. Put them in a 375 degree oven for about ten minutes.

The best way is in a toaster oven for a few minutes, but under the broiler on your oven also works just as well. The only thing is you really have to watch them under the broiler, b/c they can burn really fast.

Pop them in your toaster oven for a few mins. Ovens work well too, but take longer to preheat.
