How do I say ‘I don’t know Chinese’ in Chinese ?
How do I say "I don’t know Chinese" in Chinese? Alternatively, how do I say "I don’t speak Chinese"? Additionally, if anyone has a list of Japanese and Korean words with their English translations, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with me. I find these languages very interesting.

对不起。我不会说中文。= dui bu chi (sorry). wo bu hui shuo zong wen. ( I can’t speak chinese)
All you need to know in Japanese is:
hai = yes
dame or iee = no
sumimasen = excuse me
arigatou or arigatougozarimasu = thanks (the second one is more respectful)
sayounara = bye
konichiwa = hello (afternoon)
ohayougozarimasu = hello (morning)
konbanwa = hello (evening)
but you don’t need all the hellos. You can just use konichiwa all the time.

I can’t help you with the question but if you want you can email me so i can send you japanese words from my books especially phrases and words you’re more likely to use.
Chinese and Japanese nouns use the same symbols (kanji in Japanese), but they are rarely, if ever, pronounced the same.
As for a list of Japanese words, I suppose it would depend on what words you want to know. http://www.japanese-online.com/ is a fantastic place to learn some simple Japanese, but don’t expect much from it.

Sorry, I can’t help you with your original question. =/
