How do you fix Xbox Live Error Code 80072741?

I keep getting this error code saying some things may be unavailable. But this has been for a couple days and it seems like Microsoft could fix it by now. Any help?

Try doing a Power cycle on your modem and router if you have one. do a search on how to do it on your particular model. That should fix it. If not call xbox tech support its free. 1-800-4MY-XBOX... Show More

You can probably fix this by resetting you consoles cache. Just go to your System settings, then click on memory, then press x, x, left bumper, right bumper, x, x. It should then bring up a menu that asks if you want to clear the consoles cache. After you do that, you should restart your 360 and it should re-download the update and hopefully fix it. This doesn't remove anything from your hard-drive.Or, you could just turn off your firewall.If you have a silver membership then this can sometimes be remedied by buying a gold membership....
