At the average walking speed of 4mph it would take a minute and a half
When I was in Boy Scouts, they taught us to do this run/walk to cover greater distances. The rate is 1 mile in 12 minutes. to calculate for 0.1 mile, multiply .1 mile times 12 minutes and the result is 1.2 minutes.
Of course, this pace is faster than a regular walk.
Depends how fast you walk. If you walk at a snail’s pace, maybe a couple days. If you walk at a Ferrari’s pace, 1.8 seconds. But at a normal human’s walking pace (3 mph), 2 minutes.
