how many cups of water in 1.5 liter?
I would like to drink a gallon of water each day and am currently using a water bottle that holds 1.5 liters. Could you please tell me how many cups of water are in 1.5 liters? Additionally, how many water bottles would I need to consume to meet my daily goal of one gallon of water? Thank you!

You shouldn’t be drinking a gallon of water at all. Doctors will tell you not to drink more than 2 liters on any given day.
2 liters is considered about 8-9 cups, so 1.5 liters would be about 6 cups.

I would like to drink a gallon of water a day. I am using at water bottle that is 1.5 liters. Can you tell me how many cups of water are in 1.5 liters? How many water bottles would I have to drink to make the gallon of water a day goal?
A liter is only a few ounces more than a quart.
There are four quarts in a gallon.
3 x 1.5 = 4.5 so three water bottles full would be more than your goal. You’d only need to drink 2/3 of that third bottleful.
There are approximately 4 cups in a litre so your bottle is about 6 cups.

4.22675 cups per standard liter, or “about 6.34” per 1.5 liter. I’m not sure what size liters those water bottles use, they vary tremendously, unlike the American Standard system. Some are something like 1448 cc and some are more than 1500. I wish they’d standardize that damn metric system so we know what we’re dealing with! Say, put 2 cups in a pint, 2 pints in a quart, and have 4 liters equal one gallon, or 64 ounces, all the time. It’s too confusing to be dealing with these odd fractions all the time. Then a cup would simply be 1/4 liter!
