8 quarts equals one peck ... 4 pecks equals one bushel ... therefore, 1 peck is 1/4 of a bushel ... the weight would depend on how much you can get into that 1/4 bushel... the weight varies on the size of the tomatoes put into the peck container.Bigger tomatoes take up more room in the box than smaller ones ... so you can get more of the smaller ones into the container....
